Common questions

A benefit isn't resetting

Benefits reset at the start of the next cycle window — that's monthly on the 1st, quarterly on Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct 1, semi-annually on Jan/Jul 1, and annually on your card anniversary. If a window hasn't opened yet, the previous “used” state still applies. Force-close and reopen the app if you're sure the window has opened.

My notifications aren't firing

Open iOS Settings → PointsCraft → Notifications and confirm notifications are allowed. In the app, check Settings → Notifications — pre-reset reminders need to be on per benefit. If you toggle a benefit off and back on, the schedule is rebuilt automatically.

The annual fee meter looks wrong

The meter counts captured value within the card's anniversary year (not the calendar year). If you added the card mid-year, the meter starts at the anniversary date you entered. Edit the card to confirm the anniversary is correct.

A template has the wrong value

Issuers update benefit values regularly. If a template is out of date, email us with the card, benefit, and the correct value — we'll ship a fix in the next update. In the meantime, you can edit any benefit directly on your card to override the template value.

I lost my data

If iCloud sync was on, signing back into the same iCloud account on a new device restores everything within a few minutes. If you switched Apple IDs or wiped iCloud, the data is unrecoverable — we don't have a copy.
