These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PointsCraft iOS application (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
What PointsCraft is
PointsCraft is a manual tracker for credit card benefits, points, and miles. It is a productivity tool — it is not financial advice, not a substitute for your card agreement, and not affiliated with any card issuer or loyalty program.
Accuracy of information
Benefit values, fees, and cycle anchors in our card templates reflect publicly available issuer information at the time of publication. They can change without notice. Always confirm with your issuer before relying on a value for a financial decision.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for what you enter into the App and for keeping it accurate.
- You will not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to extract our card-template catalog for commercial use.
- You will not use the App in violation of any law applicable to you.
In-app purchases
Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. Pricing and renewal terms are displayed in-app at the point of purchase, and all transactions are handled by Apple under their standard App Store terms.
No warranty
The App is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep benefit data current, but we make no guarantee that any value in the App matches what your issuer credits to your account.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointsCraft and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App — including missed benefits, expired credits, or lost points/miles. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
Trademarks
Names like “Amex Platinum,” “Chase Sapphire Reserve,” “Marriott Bonvoy,” and “United Club Infinite” are trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them only to identify cards and benefits. PointsCraft is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any of these companies.
Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
